FAQ

1. Provider: I receive an error " There was an unexpected error -- try again in a few minutes " when making a payment to a participant. What should I do?

Answer: This error is currently happening due to IOS or Android restrictions. Please login to your account from our Web App version using your phone/laptop/desktop/tablet browser, and try again from there. In that case, you should not receive an error because the Web App version is independent of IOS and Android. We will fix this issue on the future versions of the app.

2. Provider: How can I download the responses of my finalized participants to the "eligibility conditions"?

Answer: You can only export the CSV file corresponding to the answers provided by the finalized participants to the tasks of your project. If you want to see the responses corresponding to the eligibility conditions on the CSV file then one of your tasks should be asking the participants to provide their responses to the eligibility conditions again.

3. Participant: Who decides about the legitimacy of a provider for unlocked (i.e., public) opportunities in the database?

Answer: In this version of the app, it is up to the participant to determine if a provider is a legitimate entity or not. When applying for a project you can see its provider name, organization, contact info, etc. Those info can be used to determine if a provider is legitimate or not. If a provider has not provided sufficient info to be verified then you can ignore it.

4. Participant: Is it possible that a provider does not pay me after submitting my answers to the tasks?

Answer: Yes, it is up to the provider to determine the quality of your submissions. If the provider is not satisfied with your answers then he/she can reject or ignore your submission.
